Level 1 Course Conductor Manual - TFOCP 
This manual was developed to assist nationally-certified course conductors in organizing and presenting materials to be covered during Level I of the Touch Football Officials' Certification Program (TFOCP). Level 2 Course Conductor Manual - TFOCP
